YOGA and MINDFULNESS SESSIONS
Review, ask any questions, and complete a waiver to participate **HERE** (if attending in-person, paper copies also available at class) *Disregard if you have attended a class and already have a waiver on file
GUIDED FORESTBATHING SESSIONS
After registering, complete your Health & Participation form **HERE**. Completion of the Health & Participation Form confirms your registration.

Guided Forestbathing Sessions:
All sessions are a donation-based offering; donations split between Grand Traverse Band and Tenders/Stewards of each session's trail/nature area. No suggested donation; do what you feel drawn to, in gratitude :)
Forestbathing donations accepted via Venmo, check, or cash. If using Venmo, please include "Forestbathing" and your session date in the note/comment section.
