Community Classes are focused on mindful, meditative, and nervous-system supportive movement with an increased focus on depth of yoga practice through exploration of the Eight-Fold Yogic Path; all classes include dedicated space for contemplation (mindfulness/meditation), pranayama (breath control), and asana (postures).

Guided Forest Therapy Sessions (based off the practice of Shinrin-Yoku)
Sensory immersion in the ambience of the forest; re-establishing connection with the more-than-human world. All individual sessions require a free consultation before starting services.
