GUIDED FORESTBATHING SESSIONS
Health Questionairre and Participation Waiver forms must be received at stillnessandstrengthyoga@gmail.com to complete your registration, and all paperwork must be received 24hrs prior to walk start. Find them HERE or click on the Forestbathing tab after completing your registration. *NOTE: session locations are only released after paperwork is received and within 24 hours of session day/time.

- before class: PayPal or Venmo QR Codes are below. All community classes are $20
- at class: PayPal, Venmo, Square, Exact Cash, or Check (made out to: Stillness and Strength Yoga, LLC)
Guided Forestbathing Sessions:
All sessions are a donation-based offering; donations split between Grand Traverse Tribe, Tenders/Stewards of each session's trail/nature area, and your guide (Kristen). No suggested donation; do what you feel drawn to, in gratitude :)
Donations accepted via Venmo, Paypal, check, or cash. Please include "Forestbathing" in the note/comment section of your Venmo or Paypal transaction.
